7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
This Policy is subject to Swiss law, except for its private international law rules. All legal issues arising from or related to this Policy shall exclusively be governed by the Tribunal in Lausanne (Switzerland). The above is subject to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court.
